Job Overview

FedEx is seeking an experienced professional to join its Global Healthcare Strategy as a Principal, Product Management. You will design and execute programs that enhance transportation services within the healthcare ecosystem in markets around the world.

You will support business growth and service performance through close collaboration with sales teams, customers, operations and leadership groups. It’s a great role for someone who loves the strategy, can lead projects and apply data/insights to real business problems.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate on and define global health care marketing strategies
• The work involves leading projects and liaising with international teams
• Customer needs analysis and business opportunity identification
• Modeling Retail Business Performance Retention – Create plans and recommendations for optimizing business performance.
• Collaborating with sales, operations and engineering on large projects
• Monitor the project time line and troubleshoot as needed
• Generate presentations and reports for executives
• Help decision making through market research and data analysis
• Track your revenue performance against business growth objectives
• Perform forecast, budgeting and financial planning activities

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

• MBA / MA in business, economics, product marketing or other relevant field
• Experience Requirements: Product Management / Market Research / Innovation/ Strategy Understanding It Required to have at least 5Y of exp.
• Having a strong knowledge about business analysis and market trends
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Research or development experience leading projects and cross-functional teams
• Good command of analytical and strategic planning to solve problems

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Work experience with global healthcare transportation or supply chain industry
• Profile *STRATEGIC MARKETING & BUSINESS.
• Experience giving presentations to executives and leadership reporting
• Knowledge of Financial Modeling & Business Forecasting
• Experience of handling global level projects & teams.
